Trinity Renovation started work this past week on a new Modesto office location for Bella Tours, a successful local limousine company serving the Central Valley and Bay Area.
This 5,000 SF tenant improvement includes a new office, break room and restroom along with the corresponding plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Here are a few pictures of the current vacant space:
