Perhaps you’ve seen our sign on McHenry, just north of Floyd. Perhaps you’ve wondered whats going in this building, which used to be a used car dealership, which used to be an Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which used to be a Taco Bell.
Although we can’t divulge the end user, Trinity Renovation is working for the landlord preparing this building for the next tenant.
What’s Ahead
Over the next month, Trinity Renvotion will be:
- Repairing extensive roof damage.
- Gutting the interior.
- Installing a new handicap ramp and path of travel.
- Installing new ADA-compliant handicap parking stalls.
- Sealing and striping the parking lot.
- Painting the building.
- Replacing exterior storefront doors.
- Replacing the trash enclosure gates.
