Local. Family-owned. Customer-focused. Forward-thinking.
What’s not to love about ONTHERUN, a new retail store in Modesto’s Mchenry Village featuring the best in running shoes, apparel and gear.
ONTHERUN is open for business, and Trinity Renovation was honored to help turn this tired retail space into a polished, modern mecca to all things tread.
The Process
The ONTHERUN build-out started with extensive demolition of the ceiling system, ducting, and slatwall.
We then moved on to roughing-in for electrcial, followed by extensive drywall repair, wall framing and painting.
These tasks were followed by installation of a jet-black t-bar ceiling grid and tile system with parabolic indirect fluorescent fixtures and black HVAC registers.
Next up was the flooring, which due to it’s poor condition required water blasting and a microtopping of the entire retail area before staining in a rich, dark grey palate. Lastly, the rubber base was installed, final fixtures were set, door hardware was installed and the Owner’s fixture package was set-up.
