Trinity Renovation principals have constructed over $60 million in commercial buildings since 2002.  These projects range from small office tenant improvements (TIs) to complete ground-up construction of multi-story buildings.

Our commercial construction delivery system is unique:  We establish a fee for the project up-front, and then work with the project owner to define the scope, generate a complete project schedule, solicit multiple subcontractor bids for each piece of the project and select the final construction team.  The project owner sees all of the sub bids and knows exactly, down to the penny, how much Trinity Renovation is making on the project.  No hidden mark-up, no deceptive pricing.  Just your project delivered at the highest quality, every time.
