Rio Vista Remodel (Under Construction)
The project scope for the remodel is extensive. Window replacement, roof repair, painting inside and out, pocket door installation, new Corian countertops, and kitchen cabinet modification are just a few of the changes that are being made.
Trinity Renovation’s first kitchenBOX transformation.
When Trinity Renovation first encountered this project, it had serious issues as a result of vandalism, roof leaks, water infiltration from improper soil grading along with mold problems.
This 15 year old home had terrible paint, stained carpet, wood flooring that was installed incorrectly with 1/2″ gaps, yards that were a mess, and multiple other issues.
Restoration of this home included extensive siding repair, interior and exterior painting, front and back yard demo and landscaping, new flooring, removal of interior walls poorly placed by previous owner, replacement of plumbing and electrical fixtures, and more.
The Dial Den project included a 500 SF den addition to the back of this 1951 home in Modesto’s college neighborhood.
The Dial Residence Kitchen Remodel is a complete kitchen renovation of an existing 1954 home in the College Area of Modesto, CA.
Built in 1954, this home needed extensive repairs ranging from a complete re-piping of the sewer system to new exterior paint and much more.
This residential project included extensive rehabilitation to both the interior and exterior of the home.
The interior rehabilitation included complete repainting of the interior, replacement of a shower/bath surround, counter top replacement in the bathroom, general clean-up and more.
The Norwegian condos consist of five different units each requiring varying degree of rehabilitation.
Each of these 4 investment properties required significant renovations and upgrades.
