Water, Fire and Mold Repair
It’s inevitable. At some point in your personal or professional dealings, you will encounter the dreaded “insurance work.” You know, flooding, fire, mold, vandalism, etc. As unpleasant as this sounds, an even more unpleasant feeling is calling a random remediation contractor when this happens.
Call a national contractor? You’ll simply be routed to the local franchise operator who may or may not be trained in remediation. (We’ve seen them put a high-powered fan over sewer-flooded flooring, blowing contaminants around the entire home).
Call one of the local big boys? Go ahead, but realize their project managers are compensated based upon how high they can drive up your project cost. The higher your bill, the bigger their bonus. Flawed? I sure think so.
We suggest calling us. We are IICRC certified in water damage, mold remediation and fire and smoke repair. In addition, our team does not get bonuses based upon their project cost, so there’s no need to run up prices. In addition, we have extensive relationships with local insurance adjusters, so we’ll handle the interaction from start to finish. Yeah, I would choose us. But I’m a bit partial…
