Much like a person, rough living can certainly age a home.
Case in point: the recently completed El Portal renovation.
Despite being only 15 years old, this house looked more worn than Steven Tyler. Paint was terrible, carpet stained, wood flooring installed incorrectly with 1/2″ gaps, yards a mess, and on and on.
How We Fixed It…
The Trinity Renovation, Inc. team went to work and about 8 weeks later we had a beautiful, move-in ready home.
We repaired the stucco, painted inside and out, replaced damaged windows, installed all new carpet and wood flooring, refinished the cabinets, installed new appliances, repaired drywall damage, landscaped the front and back yards, replaced light and plumbing fixtures and cleaned everything up.
