Project Description
The Barkwood Property is an 1,800 SF single-family home built in 1965. Upon purchase this property was in good condition, and needed mostly replacement of finishes to upgrade it to it’s current beautiful condition. Our favorite original feature was the mauve sinks and bathtub in the hall bathroom. Needless to say, all mauve fixtures in this bathroom were removed to make way for a new cast-iron tub with tile surround and granite counter-tops.
Additional work on this home included:
- Replacement of the root-damaged driveway
- New interior paint
- Upgrades to landscape and irrigation
- Re-finishing of damaged wood flooring
- New door hardware
- Replacement of all plumbing fixtures
- New dishwasher
- New garage door openers
