This week Trinity Renovation completed another remodel in Modesto, this one a 1,366 SF single-story rental property near Downey High School.
The Biggest Challenge
The Brighton property featured a few challenges along the way, most notably discovery of significant water damage at the water heater. A slow leak over a long period of time caused damage to drywall and framing members at the garage wall. This repair set us back a week or so on the job, but in the end the repair was not even noticeable!
