Trinity Renovation has enjoyed it’s most challenging project to date: Dartmouth.
This pink, 1954 charmer needed the most rehab of the eight recently acquired NSP homes. An unexpected benefit to the project: the three different neighbors that have thanked us for taking this job on, removing the blight from their neighborhood, and promising a color change.
To date, we’ve complete the following tasks on this job:
- removed all interior floor coverings, doors, hardware, cabinets, trim and debris.
- obtained a building permit for the previously-built (illegal) third bedroom.
- modified one window opening for code compliance.
- installed new central heat and air.
- framed in a new laundry room, water heater closet, bedroom closet and mud room.
- started fabrication on all new cabinets.
- started a complete electrical re-wire.
In the upcoming weeks we look forward to:
- completing the re-wire
- installing drywall and re-texturing the entire home
- painting the interior
- installing cabinets
- installing all new doors, frames and hardware.
Stay tuned!
