New Project: Guildford Renovation
Guildford Living Room Before
When one young couple moved back to Modesto from the East Coast, they purchased a home and promptly hired Trinity Renovation to complete some improvements prior to moving in. This beautiful 2,300 square-foot home in East Modesto needed a few updates after 8 years. Improvements include:
- Complete paint throughout
- New chair rail and other finish carpentry
- Painting of all cabinets and install of door and drawer pulls
- New ceiling fans and lights in six rooms
- New can lights in the living room
- Renovation to the back patio including carpentry and paint

New Project: Stockton Commercial Exterior Repairs

When one Stockton commercial property manager needed significant repair to the exterior of one of her properties, she called Trinity Renovation. This property, a large two-story multi-tenant complex, needed repairs to siding, paint, decking, concrete and sealant against water intrusion.
Trinity Renovation looks forward to completing this project prior to Thanksgiving.

Imagine this: you move out of your old home and into a new one. But just before the sale of your previous property closes, vandals decide to wreak havoc on you old home, ruining drywall, breaking windows, damaging sliding glass doors and causing terrible damage to your flooring.
Trinity Renovation was contacted by the insurance company and immediately commenced work less than two weeks ago. Operating under a tight deadline, Trinity Renovation and it’s subcontractors completed the job in 8 working days. The property closed the day after project completion, and both the old and the new homeowners were able to move on from this frustrating crime.
