Trinity Renovation recently completed an $85,000 remodel of five condo units in Modesto, CA.
Project Description
Located in the center of town, these condo units were converted from apartments to condos in the early 2000′s. Many of the finishes were updated at that time, including all granite counter tops, new plumbing and electrical fixtures and new stain-grade cabinets. These recent upgrades allowed Trinity Renovation to focus on key systems, such as new heating and air conditioning components as well as critical finishes such as flooring and paint. Most of the condos also received new stainless steel appliances.
Trinity Renovation was able to coordinate and complete the work on these condo units in just under 5 weeks.
