Trinity Renovation Field Supervisor / Technician

Trinity Renovation, Inc. is a general contractor specializing in insurance restoration, commercial construction and residential remodel.

The Trinity Renovation team is currently looking to add a Field Supervisor/Technician.

The following skills, abilities and attributes are required or highly recommended for this position:

Mandatory Character Traits:

  • Honest and of high integrity.
  • Strong communicator with both project owners and those they work with in the field.
  • Able to represent the Trinity Renovation brand through a clean, well-maintained appearance.
  • Punctual and exact in everything from arrival time to quality of work produced.

Mandatory Skills and Abilities:

  • Experienced in direct oversight of all 16 construction divisions.
  • Highly computer literate, including email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  • Able to communicate via writing with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. on your own to accomplish work related tasks.
  • Maintain a clean DMV driving record and provide proof thereof.

Recommended Skills and Abilities:

  • Skilled in carpentry such as rough framing and finish work.
  • Skilled in applying finishes such as drywall, plaster, paint and tile.
